The Money of Soul: Did You Know?

C: The Money of Soul and Possibility Control was directed by Kenji Nakamura, who has also directed several Animerica cast favorites: The Big O, Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales, Mononoke, and The SoulTaker. As for C (Control), it was always intended as a short-run, one-off series. However, during production, earthquakes rocked Japan. This can possibly be attributed to the frenetic nature of the series, as production was probably hastened to get the series done at all. It may also account for the inconsistent presentation of Q, who is both a 2D animation and a 3D model at various times with no discernible purpose behind the change in appearance.
